NEW ENGLAND AQUARIUM

As a New England-based business,  House of Sand & Bone believes it is important to support local conservation organizations. What better way than to support the New England Aquarium?  The aquarium focuses a great deal on animal care and protecting endangered species.

Beyond maintaining a healthy environment for the animals in their care, the New England Aquarium focuses a large amount of their efforts toward rehabilitating injured sea turtles and protecting the rare North Atlantic Right Whale.

OCEAN CONSERVANCY

Ocean Conservancy is working to advance ocean justice, confront climate change, protect the Arctic and the waters off the coast of Florida. They engage in smart ocean planning, working on solutions for cleaner oceans, and preserving fish population while working with Washington D.C. to get the funding it all requires.

CORAL REEF ALLIANCE

It’s essential to protect coral reefs as they serve many important purposes, including providing a habitat for a quarter of all ocean species. The Coral Reef Alliance aims to keep coral reefs healthy, working on local, regional, and global levels. For almost 30 years, the Coral Reef Alliance has used cutting-edge science to protect coral reefs from their biggest threats.
